We have experienced & qualified Merchandising team for quick and competitive costing, sourcing and follow up the order from day one to onboard the goods.
Quality control team are doing all the daily follow up with factory maintaining coordination between our Merchandisers & factory Merchandisers to assure the quality and on time production. They closely work with lab technician to make sure all the fabric shrinkage, spirality, color fastness & print durability before start bulk production. Also garments are being checked by them to assure the good's quality before handover to forwarder.
We have skilled design team who develop styling, print & embroidery design and provide to customer for design support.
Technical team make pattern after confirmed the order. This team make sure all the patterns to get the required fitting as buyer’s sketch and also ensure buyer comments maintain in PP sample as well as in bulk.
We are doing very basic test in our in-house lab like-fabric shrinkage, spairality, color fastness & print durability before start bulk production. So that we can satisfy ourselves first regarding quality. Our quality team don’t give bulk cutting permission without out in-house lab test results.
This team is responsible for social compliance issue which is most important in modern world. They take care what measure been taken in a particular factory to secure workers. Also, they ensure social audit status like- BSCI, SEDEX, Accord, Oeko-Tex, GOATS, RAP etc.
Basically they take care shipping documents submission on time to bank and buyers, payment release and disbursement issue within the company and its stakeholder.
